This book was a self-directed university project during my final year. It is a guide designed to alleviate daily stresses, by teaching people the merits of yoga. The book is designed to be pocket sized, so that people can carry this around with ease. One of the main lessons is the practice of self reflection, which all of us require in order to achieve true happiness. The guide is structured through easy-to-follow steps, to accommodate for all skill levels and lifestyles.
